Today was a great professional development day at UC TEAMS. Teachers could be seen working individually, in pair, in small groups, in large groups they were busy updating Classroom and Behavior Management Plans following the Harry Wong The Effective Teacher Model under the direction of Educational Consultant Tara Dowdell. We look forward to part two of the professional development tomorrow.
